Let's face it. The internet is temperamental, and we can never predict when it will unleash its wrath on us. It is always good to have a backup plan in case of emergencies. You don't want to screw everyone aboard over just because your internet decided to have a hissy fit.
If you don't have any other Os on board, always throw someone the backup nav order. Pretty crucial.
But, I don't like keeping my ships unlocked!
No one said you had to. You can always lock them again after the voyage.
Why do I have to disable pets?
This isn't a big problem for smaller ships, but for larger ships, if everyone has a pet, imagine how much extra lag it is for everyone.
How do I disable pets?
Go to the nav wheel to disable the pets.
